    Pros

One of the best student jobs.
    Good pay.
    Great to work with missionaries.
    Fulfilling and rewarding environment

    Cons

Tough hours sometimes and limited vacation time. Not very flexible in terms of hours and you'll have to make some sacrifices in your school schedule.

    Advice to Management

I like it when I feel like my boss is invested in the missionaries rather than carrying out rules and regulations.

    Pros

It is great to work with the missionaries!
You can dress as casual as you want.
    Flexible schedule.
You can renew your testimony of the church by missionary experiences.

    Cons

This is a dead-end position. There is no room for any promotion.
    Only part-time employment.
    Hourly rate could be better.
Position only for a maximum of three years.

    Advice to Management

More training, make room for more experience actors to train new ones.
Increase hourly rate, this is a job without benefits, you should pay more.
    Set up room for advancement.

    Pros

I loved being able to work at the MTC. Amazing co-workers for the most part. A few bad apples but you learn to dean with them. Was able to work on home work during downtime so that made it great as a student.

    Cons

Sometime things can get a bit political but not horrible.

    Pros

The people are generally good to work with, the missionaries are a blast, and the pay is really good.

    Advice to Management

Be just a little more proactive in department improvements.
