I have been working at Missouri Baptist University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great perks (time off, 401K, insurance). Team environment. Good place to get started in your career. Laid back. I would recommend this to a friend who is starting their career.

    Cons

Pay is too little and the employees and management know it. Hard to work your way up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your hard working employees.

I worked at Missouri Baptist University full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great Benefits including Great PTO/Vacation/Sick Time, 403(b)
Have to do something incredibly stupid to get fired, such as stealing.
Laid back atmosphere (sometimes too laid back).

    Cons

    Average to below average pay.
Hard to promote, have to leave and come back.
Some employees get away with too much because it is too laid back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show appreciation to those employees who work harder than everyone else.

    No opinion of CEO
