Former Employee – worked at Missouri Career Center
Pros – friendly co-workers, respect and appreciation given, opportunities to work with the general public, different opportunities based on your qualifications and interests
Cons – Since it is a government position, salary may not be equal to more competitive corporations, but the value you receive everyday from helping others find employment is well worth it!
Advice to Senior Management – Great job managing multiple teams at one time and keeping communication open with former employees, flexible scheduling is always appreciated!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
