    Comfortable environment, but boring work

    ProsDecent pay and flexible hours. Everyone gets along, teamwork is highly encouraged and noticed. Communication among the staff is excellent. Everyone looks out for one another. Schedule and availability is all done online, which is awesome. You can request off and switch shifts super easy.

    ConsNot the most exciting work, short shifts, and open every holiday. Be prepared to miss out on having a life. Management is not the most organized group of individuals, communication seems to be a lacking skill. Working the best or most convenient shifts depends on how much of an in you have with the manager.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThe online scheduling is great, however, it seems management doesn't always oblige by it. There have been a few times my requested hours off were accepted, yet scheduled nonetheless. Senior management seems to be great, but a few of the regional managers are lacking that quality.

    Worst Restaurant I've ever Worked as a Manager

    ProsI did not see many pros

    ConsThe senior leadership was weak, the leadership within the restaurant seemed to be hourly workers on a power trip, and to make things work this company does not even value their employees enough to give them Thanksgiving and Christmas off

    Great Restaurant, Great Company, outlook not so good

    ProsGreat food, great people, great drinks. Genuine hospitality provided by employees who truly care. Strict sanitation practices, high level of accountability at all levels, professional atmosphere.

    ConsNo longer a "scratch kitchen", Ruth's Chris (RC is the current owner of Mitchell's, Cameron Mitchell is the former owner and has not been involved since 2008) is trying to turn it into something it was never able to be, a consistently profitable concept. The culture is conveniently used for and against store level employees, frequently in the same breath
