    Pros

--Great learning experience because one can wear multiple hats, and also learn alot about the financial industry.

    Cons

--Because of the time critical aspect of this job, one has to be on his toes every time during job hours.

    Pros

Freedom to work outside your role

    Cons

Broken organization. Horrible management...can't even really call it management as they refuse to manage anything....their philosophy is "handle it yourself" however they love to tell everyone what a bad job they are doing on an hourly basis. The weak are rewarded and the good leave. There simply is no reason at all to go here unless you are incapable of landing a position anywhere else. Lots of money problems as of late and will probably be out of business soon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a competent management team that actually leads and builds people up instead of tearing them down.
