    Pros

I loved to worked at this bank because I had the ability to learn and the managers are trying to help you get better in what you are doing, the hard work is recognized by them too.

    Cons

Plenty opportunities to learn and get experience in the financial industry. There are some promotion opportunities. Great work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Overall I think that the management is pretty fine, there are a lot of departments and I guess that any of my suggestions wont fit every department. The only thing that I can say is that the employers are one if not the most valuable asset of the bank and the management must understand that (I don't say they don't).

    Cons

in a word -money, little wage for the bankers in the branches , small salaries for economists while the division heads and higher each earn more than the team below them.

    Advice to Management

Higher salaries and better bonus packages

Conservative bank without the will to invest in technological progress as other banks in the world are doing.
Lots of internal politics and power struggles with very low execution.

    Advice to Management

Change the way that you see the Internet. this is the future of banking and you should invest your money in been the best at it. If you will not wake up soon you will loose your good standing.

    Pros

They succed to recruit very good qualitative employees, unfortunately they dont stay for long. A Chance to do varied assighnments, due to the fact that department is small, and everybody is doing everything.

    Cons

Hardly any employee development. difficult to move from one unit to another. If a problem arise there is no one to turn to.

    Advice to Management

HR is for helping workers solve issues, not being againts them. The bank has great workers, tallented hard working with medium salaries, for the least treat them fairly and respectfull.

starting pay is low and they consider benefits and bonuses as part of your salary.
