    Great workers bad managment

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThey succed to recruit very good qualitative employees, unfortunately they dont stay for long. A Chance to do varied assighnments, due to the fact that department is small, and everybody is doing everything.

ConsHardly any employee development. difficult to move from one unit to another. If a problem arise there is no one to turn to.

Advice to Senior ManagementHR is for helping workers solve issues, not being againts them. The bank has great workers, tallented hard working with medium salaries, for the least treat them fairly and respectfull.
