    Pros

The company offers great benefits, but lower salary for back office compared to similar bank. Most people are hard working professional.

    Cons

Lower salary and poor salary increasing rate. Promotion chance is minimum. Many similar units should combine together to increase efficiency and shrink number of employees.

    Pros

Depending on the dept: Hours. No micro managing. Great location at Midtown office. Nice holiday party.

    Cons

Lack of upward mobility. Japanese Bank culture can be challenging at times. Small bonuses. Fractional yearly raises if you part of a cost center. Too much red tape to get your job done with rules and regulations.
