    Great People, Great Location, Decent Salaries and Decent Benefits including time off.

    Cons

    Culture of having to go to head office for approvals for everything gets tiring, must have to asked for promotion, Technology not the greatest, everything is paper based and always attached to procedures.

    Change policy driven mentality and speed up moving the company to the 21st Century.

    There was limited room for vertical growth, and it was tough to move up the ladder to seek new opportunities for career growth.

    Stressful place to work in the TAU operations area. Slave work with long hours. Management play favorites and are stuck in their ways.

    The software and general practices in the U.S. branches make you feel like you're in the Feudal Age.

    take sexual harassment more seriously! "tenure" status should not rid those of responsibility.
