    The company offers great benefits, but lower salary for back office compared to similar bank. Most people are hard working professional.

    Cons

    Lower salary and poor salary increasing rate. Promotion chance is minimum. Many similar units should combine together to increase efficiency and shrink number of employees.

    Head office sends too many people to overseas. I feel local employees sometimes have been ignored.

    People are friendly
    Good benefits

    Cons

    - an investment bank wanna be, with no real capabilities, everything is painfully hard. Incompetent people, ancient system
    - if you don't mind a boring job and spending majority time struggling with internal stuff
    - so many expats there not because they can do a good job
    - senior management seems to be a training post for Tokyo staff

    Make up your mind if you want to become a real international bank
