    Good team, menagement (in Finance Division) and environment. Perfect start for career

    Pros

    Good place to work with many experts with many options to grow. Nice work-life balance, and lots of perks (discounts, health care and many sport activities).

    Cons

    Bureaucracy, not optimized processes. Still have the "leader" feeling inside. Things are not happening as fast as a young employ would like to. Improve inter organization communication between management and downstreams.

    Advice to Management

    Bureaucracy decrease and internal process optimization.

    Pros

    Large company with lots of opportunities for young people to gain experience. Good technologies, well working processes, good HR policies (development paths, social benefits, retainment benefits).

    Cons

    Limited possibilities for growth at management level. Too much restructuring and cost-cutting in recent years, which results large turnaround of employees, demotivated personnel, limited training opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    More stability, opportunities for career development, long-term employees should be valued better and retained.

    Pros

    It used to be a model employer, it was incredibly hard to be hired, so much so that you were considered lucky and well-connected if chosen.
    Used to have great benefits, work-life balance, annual bonus scheme, lump sum for dental, etc.
    Also, offers from partners, cheaper phones, tablets, laptops, etc.
    While the benefits are still there, they've been drastically cut back.
    The best in the industry used to work here and some are still.
    The colleagues are some of the best you can find.

    Cons

    Management keeps on saying "it's the crisis, we are still in the red" while there is no clear-cut plan to escape it.
    A lot of bla-bla is being said constantly and the general feeling among the people is one of hopelessness.
    Everyone is waiting for the paycheck and lies in wait to bail at the first opportunity.

    Advice to Management

    Be clear, be honest, give purpose. We are extremely tired of the stalling tactics.

    Pros

    the salary is on time

    Cons

    overtime is not paid, terrible and incompetent management to say the least, regular employees are treated like dirt. Management is completely disconnected from the reality, they live in their own world.

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating people like some kind of second class humans.

    Pros

    - many projects various in complexity & size => getting excellent practical experience
    - some of the colleagues are very good professionals
    - benefits

    Cons

    - some of the colleagues are not very supportive
    - no salary adaptation for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Great team, but most of the real professionals left the company. Till a few years it was really a great place to work.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy, staff is demotivated because of management style in last years, continual decrease of benefits etc. etc. etc.

    Advice to Management

    Think more about their employees like a people and not like a pawns. There have to be strong efforts to keep good professionals because without good team the company can not expect to have good results.

    Pros

    good initial training, dynamic atmosphere, young team, provides great knowledge of the telecommunications industry, good sales and customer service experience

    Cons

    the amount of hours and schedule didn't match the contract (I worked 10 additional hours), there was not much induction at the workplace, the work was psychologically exhausting with bad company practice leading to very unhappy customers

    Advice to Management

    Monitor closely the countryside offices and stop bad labor practices of pushing workers to work extra hours and 6 days/week a demanding job without proper compensation and against contracted conditions!

    Great colleagues and interesting opportunities for professional development. People that work hard can learn a lot of new things and create many useful contacts.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy, too many procedures and processes that are not used and are obstacle for daily work. Changes are done unexpectedly without preliminary information which creates insecurity and pressure on employees.
