RF (LTE/UMTS) Field Engineer / Drive Team

RF Field Engineer (Former Employee) Phoenix, AZ

ProsWorked for MobileNet for over a year. They are willing to train, lots of very quick experience on multiple platforms, everything is in the field and hands on. Ability to hire your own driver.

ConsWhen the work contracts dry up in a market they will either give you no work what so ever or have you travel to where the work is (for a very extended period of time). Work can be at some, less then desirable, locations (ie on the border, around a prison etc).

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate more with your teams on a daily basis. Keep drive teams in the loop for work cycles.
