I worked at Mobileum full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Well if one is to earn quick bucks this is the place to be.

    Cons

Almost everything specially in the support team.
1>No process for approach towards systematic work,
2>No proper documentation to help in the O&M teams support related work
3>So called FAQs are the worst documents which would require a FAQ itself.
4> More number of regional managers than actual engineers.
5> No clarity of role ( Technical Leads are made to work both as engineer & managers..LOL)
New comers will be whipped and slogged to work without even proper training.
6> For any bug there is always a update patch offered by R&D team who are curt to the support team.
7>Advice is not to join Mumbai support team as the managers would try to squeeze the juice out of the few available engineers.
8> Once in the notice period , more output is expected out of individuals and even forced to by the managers, refusal of which calls in the HR to intervene. So one needs to play their cards accordingly to come out of this trap clean :-)
9>Well and last and not the least in cases of discussion for resigning, one is humiliated and tried and made to feel worthless even if the person had received MOST VALUABLE PERSON Award (MVP) from the same organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please change some managers and super managers in the support . It would definitely be a better place to work. Check the number of persons leaving the organization from the support team from Q2 2013 - Q4 2013
