    Pros

It's a job. There isn't anyone to compete with them for employees!

    Cons

How a corporation with such ill regard for it's employees has managed to prosper all these years can be summed up in one answer: feeding the rich CEOs at any cost to the very people who make the filthy machine work. It's all a rich man getting richer game. They think they're kings.

    Advice to Management

    Get a conscience.

I worked at MobilexUSA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Independent work environment, company vehicle, challenging, constantly moving throughout the day, meeting interesting patients, and and and and and and and... 20 word minimum.

    Cons

Upper Management, Owner have no clinical experience, have no idea what actually goes in to the so called numbers which is all they care about. I have not once heard anybody say anything about patient care and quality imaging. Do more more more with less less less, horrible out of date equipment, 2% raise every 18 months!

    Advice to Management

Go out of the office to gain knowledge of what we are actually trying to do. Learn what actually goes in to your "numbers", treat employees and patients as more than a number. Gain some clinical experience. "It was noticed that the CR and DR systems are better than film systems"

    Pros

They have call centers and offices in many states so relocating is an option if you're moving. They treat the techs well because the techs are what bring revenue to the company.

    Cons

Poor management. They buy up small companies and fire everyone in management and corrupt well established relationships with businesses.

    Pros

There is not one pro to any position in this company. Full of horribly selfish and greedy people making all of the decisions.

    Cons

Everything. Every bad review on here is full of so much truth. Any good review that you may see is not from an employee of this company. Very toxic work environment with zero opportunities for their employees. They do everything they can to increase your work load while keeping your compensation as little as possible. Everything is micromanaged and you are hardly given any opportunities to show your full potential. When you are given that rare opportunity, it is completely overlooked and only management is compensated for their efforts. You're lucky to even get as much as a 'thank you' for anything you do. If you're looking into joining that company in the near future be aware of everything that is going on right now: this company is doing huge layoffs to increase their bottom line to look more attractive to investors - TO GO PUBLIC. Those are the only people they will ever care about. Everyone is expendable whenever they need them to be. They will never care about their employees or their patients. Do everything you can to not work for this awful place. You will go nowhere fast here. The 2% raises every 18 months stated in every other review is also true. However, you have to send your manager at least 20 reminders that your 18 months has passed. They do not retro your raise either so if it took your manager 2 months to get to your review, you're out that money. Bonuses don't exist. If you do have to work for this company for the sole reason of putting food on the table for your family, START A UNION IMMEDIATELY. That is the only way you can protect yourself. If mangers find out they will do everything in their power to stop it from forming and they will hold every meeting possible with employees to make it seem like forming a union is a mistake. It is the absolute best thing you can do for yourself while being employed there. I'm very lucky to have gotten out of there when I did.

    Advice to Management

Read the book "How To Win Friends And Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

I worked at MobilexUSA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a temporary paycheck and in my position I was not stuck in an office.

    Cons

This company is why venture capitalist groups should not be allowed in the healthcare industry. The parent company TridentUSA not only owns MobilexUSA (the largest mobile diagnostic company in the U.S.), but they own a nursing home chain and some of the Hosparus locations in Ohio and other locations. So MobilexUSA receives payment for their diagnostic exams primarily through Medicare reimbursement. They have national & regional contracts with a majority of the nursing home chains and own a nursing home chain so they not only get paid to do the exams but paid to house and care for those patients. Lastly, once Medicare decides that a patient has exhausted healthcare benefits and will no longer pay for treatment, Hosparus is called and received payment to help end their life. It's important to note that not all Hosparus locations are for profit. TridentUSA only invests in the for profit locations. On numerous occasions I was told by management not to disclose our mistakes to customers, which directly impacts patient care. This includes multiple x-Rays on the same limb in one month with the radiologists missing the fracture 2 out of 3 times, x-raying the wrong patient, and on and on and on. I however care about people and chose to tell the truth, hence my involuntary separation. Mobilex overworks their techs and don't care if they work their employees 60 plus hours a week. They send them out in the middle of the night which puts patients, employees and the people driving on the roads in harms way. They have faced multiple lawsuits but their deep pockets somehow get them out oh trouble. It's only a matter of time till their luck runs out. Oh yeah, if you're a patient who has at home care you could wait days even weeks for an exam.

    Advice to Management

    Why bother. They don't care.
