    Negative Outlook

I worked at Mobilicity full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A young innovative and collaborative company that thrived on interdepartmental cooperation. The work environment encouraged solution based interaction among several concerned departments which lead to a greater respect for the efforts of each department.

    Cons

Communication was always a struggle. Despite efforts to share individual departmental goals there always seemed to be a gap in truly understanding how to support another department while still achieving your own depatmental goals.

    Advice to Management

Have short meetings/presentations to provide status updates and how each departments activities lead to the results.
