Pros – There a lot of opportunities to progress in company if you decided to stay there.

Cons – There is no timing of work. MOst of the time u have to work in long shifts.

Pros – - You get to learn a lot as the team size is smaller compared to other operators.
- You get good exposure of the business as you are encouraged to take part in the process of setting company goals, targets, business planning etc.
- The management is competent and have good hands-on experience of running a telecom operations

Cons – - The culture is a bit politically charged
- It doesn't give you a feeling of working in a truly multinational company
- The work environment is good only if you have good people around. Otherwise the environment and culture is boring and dull
- The senior management has been around for almost a decade that leads to kind of stagnation
-Employees are junior positions are usually dissatisfied
