    Pros

Occasional free food and drink. This location was very flexible with schedules. Tips. You learn how to deal with customers.

    Cons

Where to begin... Low pay, about 8 an hour. A lot of standing around. Can get stressful at times. I happened to close each night and we closed with about 3 people each night. Closing took about an hour and a half of non stop work coming off of a 5 hour shift. Employees at this location did not take the job serious. Most were late, skipped work, and aren't helpful which makes everyone's day a little harder. Customers are super picky and complain about prices to you as if you made them. Mangers are either very helpful or very lazy. To sum up my half a year of working at Moe's it started out great and turned into a headache each day. I happily put in my 2 weeks.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more responsible employees.

    Pros

There were none! Just long hours, little pay, terrible food

    Cons

Long hours, false advertising, out of touch corporate big wigs who have nothing to do with the stores staff at all, all moes are owned by franchisees, no breaks, 80 billion random inspections and very little pay.

    Advice to Management

When you have experienced people appreciate them, and get in touch with whatever market your in. What works in one state might not work in a another.

I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill

    Pros

Flexible schedule, I basically chose my own hours. Free food whole working. Fun envionment.

    Cons

Usually had to work most nights and weekends if I did not request them off.

    Advice to Management

Try to make sure management is consistant. I saw every type of management including the best managers I have ever seen and also some pretty bad ones that did not care about their job.

    I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill full-time

    Pros

They never cared if I came in late or at all really,so, I guess you could that they were flexible. They hired very optimistic and hardworking people so the atmosphere was always awesome. The food was also awesome.

    Cons

They were not very organized and much of the work was very rushed and not regulated correctly most of the time, which resulted in uncooked food sometimes. The store managers were not very firm with employees or with adamant on enforcing company rules. They also never scheduled enough workers for the mid-day and evening shifts.

    Advice to Management

Please attempt to hire very responsible, firm, and organized store managers. I also feel like the rules should be looked over and amended.
