I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, tips from customers, and flexible work hours

    Cons

Iffy leadership, physical and fast paced. Managers don't always have a lot of respect for the employees, but those who do are fun and make life a lot easier. GM was the worst and once slammed the office door in my face when I was trying to give him an important call. Other managers were very friendly and appreciative of hard work, but still probably wouldn't recommend this job when you could be somewhere else. Chipotle definitely takes better care of their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect employees, pay more attention to injuries

    Pros

Nothing really. The hours were terrible, my coworkers and managers weren't friendly

    Cons

No one before me came in to wash dishes so the dishes to wash were from all day. Management wasn't friendly and definitely had their favorite employees
