Good, Nice place to work with and no internal politics and problems

FEA Engineer (Current Employee)
Coimbatore (India)

I have been working at Mold-Masters full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood working culture. Freedom and support to grow and learn things.

ConsWhen ever talk about the outputs and expectations, they expect in a MNC aspect. But when it comes to the employee benefits, its a small scale local industry.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep the MNC culture going.... Try to compare with companies which are in an equal stage or level. Try to encourage the employees rather that reducing their benefits and increase work constrains.

Waste of time (and money) over one year.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Mold-Masters

ProsFor the first job to get Canadian work experience or of for retirement.

ConsVery low pay for education and experience and ridiculous raises.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay the employees fairly even if they are new immigrants from Asia. Educate them, don't just take advantage of them. Make long time employees feel that their hard work is respected and rewarded. And maybe union is not a bad think after all for this company.
