    Pros

    Large company, lots of "lateral movement" if your into working for free

    Cons

    To many to list but, Company and local senior leadership direction not aligned with company mission and value. Deceptive pay practices.

    Advice to Management

    Treat the ones with tenure with more respect in terms of adequate compensation . Listen to those on the front line.

    Pros

    Molina salaries are competitive in the New Mexico market.

    Cons

    Molina does a good job with talent acquisition but then they micro-manage and mismanage their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Molina needs to provide more direct oversight of the senior management that they put in place in each of their sites/plans. Senior management in any state can ruin the reputation that Molina has built as a Fortune 500 Company.

    I have been working at Molina Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The organization really takes care of you. I receive great benefits, perks, discounts. Bonus if the company does really well during the quarter/year.The regional team works together as if we are in the next cubicle. Meetings are through group conference calls and you are able to fully interact with everyone with in the meeting.

    Cons

    Working remotely I am not able to get alot of "facetime" with higher-ups in the organization. I feel like promoting is going to be difficult because of them not being able to match me face to my name.

    Pay is decent and benefits aren't bad

    Cons

    Mid- and senior management are complete morons. Employees are slaves expected to just nod their heads and say "Yes massuh" to every idiotic order. Employees are never consulted when processes are changed and do not feel valued. Employees at this health plan are leaving in droves. Office politics are not even thinly disguised, and your advancement is based on who you know. They keep the dysfunctional employees and run off the good ones. I will be gone as soon as I find another job.

    Advice to corporate: Clean house.

    Management over reacts and starts pointing fingers without doing any research to determine is what they are saying is true. When they discover they are not correct they never apologize.
