    Pros

Flexibility with hours worked and get to work from home after 90 days. Good training on the corporate level.

    Cons

Filled with unnecessary Supervisors who don’t know what they are doing and act annoyed when you ask them a question. And are clueless that some of your employees are taking three-four hour lunch breaks while the rest of us work hard.

    Advice to Management

Hold the Supervisors accountable for making sure ALL their employees are at work when they should be. Most likely don’t need a supervisor position because they don’t do much and are likely overpaid.

    Pros

Loved staff I worked with directly. Advancement possible. Benefits ok. Short commute.

    Cons

Many! They need to get into the current century with IT. Allow use of better applications to get the job done. Leadership needs to not criticize when someone is struggling. Need a management training course. No support Or direction from leadership. staff are allowed to do whatever they want and no reprimands.

    Advice to Management

Teach managers and above how to be supportive and grow staff. Provide better learning opportunities. Start over with IT as it is a total mess!!!

    Pros

Nice setting. The pay was average almost. They tried to make it appear like you were valued.

    Cons

First assignment used absolutely no skills nor involved any "work" I was hired to do. After my first contract, two additional ones were offered and excepted. No one returned calls when I didn't hear back nor did they return emails... Until I got still another offer for a contract! No thanks

    Advice to Management

Completely disrespectful to have very involved interviews on technical skills & then ask me to staple pkts for a month. Not to mention offering me return assignments, then I pass on other projects & you don't even return calls when nothing materializes... Until you call again & ask me to fix another project.

    Pros

This company is a growing, lively, advancing concern. It is perhaps one of the best places I've ever worked. It has good leadership now, and they are moving ahead beyond things that have held the company down in the past. They provide ample opportunity for training and advancement IF you want to pursue that. If you don't, it won't be handed to you. They have great benefits, and often provide lunches, snacks, and health events for the employees. They know that sometimes the work can get to be mundane in some departments and they work to provide diversity even in those departments.

    Cons

As in any company, people and leadership come and go. This causes a lot of changes. If you are there a while it can get confusing. The work load is more than can be accomplished at any given time. Expectations are too high for compliance to be maintained.

    Advice to Management

As noted above, expectations are too high for compliance to be maintained. It would benefit everyone, the members first, employee's second, and the company as a whole here in Ohio if there was a serious look at what can realistically be expected of workers in all fields of endeavor. Continue to work toward less cumbersome documentation to aid the staff in providing compliant care to all members. And thank you for all you do!

    Pros

Company has a good mission statement and upper level management tries to live by it. Some departments are better ran than others.

    Cons

Company cares more about people being in seats, than their employees well being.

    Advice to Management

Start holding management accountable or stop claiming employees are like extended family, unless you treat your actual family badly.
