    nice company

Customer Service (Current Employee) Waremme (Belgium)

Prosgood environment, lot of stuff to learn, established and safe, international environment with possibility of growing.

Consin the customer service you won't go far, limited in possibilities.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good benefits, but too political

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsMany great, competent and friendly people. Great benefits and salary.

ConsToo many managers and too few workers. Too many decisions are made by people with little experience and competence in some matters...could be dangerous to company future. When many good people are leaving the company is usually not a good sign.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe cautious when promoting people to key positions! Too many ill-suited people in high positions could be the downfall of the company.

    Political Management

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGood benefits, most people friendly and helpful. Great products. Flexible conditions.

ConsMassive turnover in upper management. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Too many promotions for personal favors or political reasons. This could be the decline of success. Too much emphasis put on education instead of talent.

Advice to Senior ManagementPut more value in the talents of your employees in positions under the management level and less in education level. Need less management and more workers. Great products, but the message isn't getting out there to the public.
