    Pros

Great products that you could believe in to use and promote to sell with respect The discount on products and the monthly incentives were great.

    Cons

The leadership that was hired was very unprofessional and would harass the staff and managers about not being luxury enough for the brand.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company should have kept the London office has its main go to as opposed to hiring in leaders that were disrespectful.

    Pros

Fantastic 50% staff discount plus 5 free products each quarter. Depending on your manager as a sales assistant you get a lot of autonomy to create and manage your own client database which is rewarding.

    Cons

I had a terrible manager at one of the stores who was really weird and manipulative. Because the store was intrinsically quiet because of its location it was hard to sell. She took this out on her employees by doing things like not letting you go for a break, or staying upstairs for hours so you couldn't go to the loo and leave the shop floor empty. Terrible boss.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't patronise staff, giving them freedom and responsibility and encouragement will always make staff happier and therefore better employees.
