Knowledgeable on all facets of the design process
Flexible with interns schedules with school
Cradle to grave operation
Gave recognition of your achievements
Senior employees answered any questions and were very friendly
great atmosphere
Cons – Didn't Branch out past government only contracts i.e. commercial and residential
Need to embrace new materials and design ideas to the costumer
Update design style
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work that the company has been known for for the past 50 years. Include newer designs in your project and continue to be an open and friendly work environment!
