Pros
Great company culture with flexibility for a better work life balance.
Information Sharing between management and employees shows a mutual respect from management for their employees. Training opportunities are abundant.
Cons
Talent management is poor in some areas. Call center employees have great potential for growth, past that there is limited growth opportunity. The pay seems lower when compared to other local employers.
Pros
It's a fun company with a lot of young employees. Enjoyable place to work and the toowong includes a gym with fitness classes!
Cons
Pay is low compared to other companies, therefore, don't get the best staff and turnover is high. They need to review.
Advice to Senior Management
Mondial should review salaries and offer competitive wages. They want the best staff yet aren't willing to pay for them.
Pros
Growing company in a recession. Fun people that actually do the work.
Cons
CEO and his best friends run it and nobody else has a chance of seeing theur ideas come to life. The intense back stabbing so each person can survive in the command structure means no one trusts each other.
Advice to Senior Management
Potential to be an incredible comapny is all there, just let go.
