    Pros

Place sucks I can't really write anything good about this hell hole.

    Cons

Pay is not worth the stress you go through. All these people calling wanting to kill themselves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Money Management International full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Wonderful people who really care about the clients.

    Cons

About as head in the sand as you can get. Complete lack of innovation or leadership. Simple decisions take months to make and are rarely based on anything other than executive opinion. This was a very strong company not so long ago, but it's a shell of what it once was. A real shame because the people are wonderful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's not the 50's and this is not an oil company. Secrecy and lack of executive presence isn't acceptable in an organization that wants to survive. Your people deserve more than occasional article in the company newsletter.

    Pros

Great people you work with. The job itself is helpful to others. For a nonprofit pay was decent.

    Cons

You're in a call center environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can't always keep employees happy, but stay connected with them by going out on the floor.

    Pros

Great benefits. Some management really cared about the employees. Convenient location off of the freeway.

    Cons

Upper management sucks. Cooperate office has no idea about what goes on in the Phoenix office. Everyone is mirco managed and made to feel like your job is on the line everyday.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cooperate get a clue. Why do you think the Phoenix office is having to lay off so many people? Because your upper management takes tips to Las Vegas on your dime.

    Pros

No pros in this development team

    Cons

    They pay poorly
They manage haphazardly not able to lead in development unless it's in old technology. They can't figure out the architecture issues Their code is a mess and they are unrealistic in agile process. Very bad place to work Jin their development environment. Stay away

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of development management. Don't give domain experts any power

I worked at Money Management International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The management staff was superb and regularly provided commendation, bonuses, rewards, and opportunities for feedback and growth. The entire staff exhibited a very positive overall personality while maintaining a professional demeanor.

    Cons

In my opinion, the compensation plan was adequate, including the bonus structure which was applied in a way so that all employees could avail themselves of the bonus opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue the excellent role of mentoring employees.

I worked at Money Management International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I enjoyed working with the people there, the counselors. We worked as a team and helped one another. The benefits were good.

    Cons

Management made things very stressful and had they had people they favored, so they could not do any wrong. Would cater to these individuals. Management did not know some policies and procedures which made it hard to do your job. They looked out for their own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to spend some time with your employees and get to know them. You have to know the policies and procedures before you teach them to your employees. Management needs to know the facts before they try and discipline a employee/fire them.

I worked at Money Management International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I can't find any pros other than if managed better this could be a good place to work at

    Cons

Autocratic environment. Orders trickle down from the top blindly. Supervisors are incompetent, managers are even more incompetent. Most managers and supervisors can't spell, can't build a sentence in proper English. They use intimidation and fear as management strategy. What a waste of tax payer funds.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to school and get your high school diploma and learn to speak correctly.
