I have been working at Monmouth Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Very nice people. I was impressed with the attention to detail and friendless of the management team. CEO is an excellent. # blocks from the beach.

    Cons

There are no cons that I am able to think of about Monmouth Medical Center. For a hospital even the cafeteria food is excellent. many choices to eat in the cafeteria as well as outside.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Monmouth Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Provides sound foundation to learn state and federal regulations. Have the ability to learn more about a hospital setting due to the fact that much of the job requires communication between nursing/end-users.

    Cons

Desk work: Mostly paper and computer work, little medical technology included. More focused on personnel and requirements. Difficult to enforce "rules" due to so many end-users. Point of care is not taken seriously as it needs to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer competitive salary due to growing demands in point of care testing.

I worked at Monmouth Medical Center

    Pros

Flexible schedule, you will find supportive coworkers, has a gym, prime location and close to beach, pay is ok. had no problem doing my job.

    Cons

Supportive management lacked the ability to recognize staff and catch a real sense of whats going on in the units, hi turn over , overworked staff becuase of short staffing/ shortage

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

recognize employees and me more supportive and maybe the turnover rate may drop. Go over the budget for salaries to make sure they are competitive
