Monsanto Company Reviews
-
Pros
Very flexible. They have summer hours. The people are nice.
You get a fair bit of freedom at Monsanto. Management doesn't micromanage.Cons
I got the feeling many people just came to work, did the minimum needed, and went home.
I didn't sense much passion about the work from anyone, but I'm not sure anyone in corporate america is passionate about their job.Advice to Senior Management
Challenge your employees more. Be less bureaucratic, just let your employees get things done. Feedback could be less structured and could be made to seem less "fake"
