I have been working at Monster Energy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The company is a great, but just like all corporate companies, They really don't care about the foot soldier TDM/FSR.
These are the individuals that are executing all programs and sales.

    Cons

Lack of promotion, No stocks options unless you know someone. They have Regional Managers and TDM/FSR that have been with the company since the beginning, and have no options. Disgraceful

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please sit down and recognize the people who are making the difference in the company, Start with the TDM/FSR who are the ones meeting the retailer, executing your cheesy programs, and get their inputs in regards to what works in the trade. Develop a relationship with them and make them part of the family.

I worked at Monster Energy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nothing! Not even the two free drinks they let you take home for free is worth the job and the harassment from supervisor from the Corona warehouse. Shameful.

    Cons

If you are not one of the favorites be ready to be let go or harrased and get blamed or even get write-ups with no evidence or proof. The inventory management procedures are from last decade. Safety is not in the picture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management in your Corona warehouse needs to be investigated closely. Take more time training workers and give more opportunity for growth and do random drug tests with out warning.

I worked at Monster Energy full-time

    Pros

Great Office Culture, Great Perks, State of the Art Office Building.

    Cons

Management is in serious need of revamping. Some Managers who have been with the company a long time take advantage of their tenure and feel they no longer need to work and seem to be grandfathered into the company regardless of their ineffectiveness as manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good look at your management team, take notice of managers who have a high turnover rate. There is a reason people are leaving and or getting let go by one specific manager. Your company is wasting valuable resources put into training employees only to have them leave the company without giving back that value to the company.

    Cons

Too easy going!, no structure, no challenges! nothing special about the company! just old men getting into what they think is cool!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be complacent and speak up!, but I guess if you do you will probably get fired! that s the pinch when you work at Monster!
