    Pros

    Freedom to create your schedule

    Cons

they used to have a very restricted GPS system that didn't work properly. They also used to be very backed up on expenses, as far back as 6 months. Not much room for growth and raises were penny's.

    Advice to Management

    none.

    Pros

Learned how to approach store owners and to sell products based on their target market and current circumstances. Inputted qualitative data into Excel spreadsheets for record purposes.

    Cons

Not much room for growth as an intern. Felt like it was more of a busy work position where they benefited from cheap labor.

    Advice to Management

Better role models and shadowing framework. Create a training program to learn from.
