    Pros

It is a fun part-time job. The company takes good care of you, especially when you go away on trips.

    Cons

It isn't full-time! Other than that, I love the job!

    Pros

The company overall is a great place to work, but as a TDM/FSR you are not treated very well, as far as pay and growth. When a college graduate salary is 39k a year and they are accomplishing all the sales that generate the billions, you would think they would take care of you. But its a great place to learn sales and marketing, in which you can take to other companies.

    Cons

The company has turn a blind eye to a lot of people with drug problems.

    Advice to Management

    Invest on your TDM/FSR

    Pros

    - Great work perks (travel, parties, celebs, athletes) - Unlimited supply of beverages - Young and energetic work environment - Decent office building - Employees truly believe in the brand

    Cons

    - Extreme nepotism and alliances; little to no room for advancement - Sometimes egos/titles hinder work and/or project completion - Bad communication (none really) among employees - A lot of finger pointing, getting thrown under the bus is almost normal - Extreme lack of moral in individuals and sometime whole teams - Operates like a small business too much

    Advice to Management

    - Invest in your employees and not just in your friends - Connect HQ individuals to field individuals to share ideas, thoughts, recommendations - Have meetings for all hands to increase communication amongst each other - Share the wealth, share the wealth, share the wealth - we employees help build Monster.
