    Pros

    Culture, family/work life, support, benefits

    Cons

Pay scale is minimal. Graduated with a Bachelors and am earning the same wages as someone without a degree. College suggests High ROI but that is for the Petroleum and Engineering students. The business students are lower end.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay depending on training and give opportunities for advancement.

My only suggestion is to increase pay so that there will be less employee turnover.

    Pros

As a student worker it is a great opportunity to gain experience in your field before heading out into said field.

    Cons

As a student worker you end up getting paid beans. Although it is not minimum wage, it is still very low.

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Pros

    1. Get to know more students around where you work at on campus. 2. Gain experiences and put them on the resume.

    Cons

    1. Needs to increase pay scale every other six months.

    Pros

Great student opportunity. Looks good on your resume. Helps pay student bills!

    Cons

Depends on your mentoring professor. If your subject pick isnt your favorite, you might tired of all the research, and still have to present your findings.

    Advice to Management

Pick both a professor and a research subject that will be interesting. Keep working throughout the semester and the final research project will be a piece of cake.
