Pros – Great opportunity to advance. If you want to work for a firm with a wide variety of work and gain a vast skill set, Wurth Frazer & Torbet is the place for you. The Partners strive to reward the firm as a whole for accomplishments and for individuals that show great progress.
Cons – Partners treat you like crap and you are viewed as lower than pond scum. The Partners act as though they don't have to know you or talk to anyone that is a lowly worker bee. Most of the managers are good and they treat you with respect and fairness.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop tearing people down and build a united group of individuals who enjoy being around each other.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
