    Pros

    Flexible brakes, my fellow employees, parking accessibility, x, x, x , x x, x, x.

    Management, sales quotas, fellow employees, security protocols, employer politics. BS

    Advice to Management

    Give employees especially sales reps (CIS) a chance don't just write them up for missing the weekly quota by one deal (technicality) then fire them. You make money because people like me sell your service.

    Pros

    Good co-workers. The only good think.

    Cons

    Low pay. Fixed income with no increase so ever. Employer asks for a lot from you and gives you very little in return. Lots of lawsuits. High turnover. No pay for performance. Customer are abusive and low income. Management prioritize customers than employees.

    Look else where, there are way better companies than this trap!

    Cons

    No Budget for anything!!! They can't even equip the marketing department with a printer. Management sucks, they only look after themselves and will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. You'll work hard as you can and meet all the projects that they give you, but on top of it all (It's never enough).

    Pull your head out of your rectum!

    Pros

    Free coffee. Management can be pleasant. Parking is good. Helping people get out of debt. Close to the freeway.

    Cons

    Terrible pay structure. Min. wage is draw against commission. Pay structure is in points, each deal is .75 to 1.25 units. Accumulate units equal a weekly commission number which equals a dollar amount. Very calculated to benefit company not telesales agent (LIS). Most agents are closing 3 to 5 a week every other week if lucky. Software is a confusing monster that gives the feeling you mastered something -truth, you waste your time learning an out of date complex software more than on the phone selling. No manual, just help from other agents. Training is poor and weekends can be mandatory and 5 am start time is a drag. The carrot pay out clearly exists. Building is half empty. Company has had better days. Most agents that have been there for a while seem angry all the time. You will be a chaser of flakes that don't pay their bills. Some agents will say anything to close a sale. Sometimes you hear agents screaming at clients. Company policy is business attire, you must ware tie, even though you sit behind a desk on the phone all day. Women, can ware anything they want. A while back there were issues with dress codes; agents were showing up looking like gang bangers, so they changed and no they dress better, but still look like gang bangers with ties. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

    Advice to Management

    Get a manual for your out of date proprietary software mess. Better training not useless meetings with no meaning. The turnover speaks for itself. Raise minimum wage to something agents can live with. The last thing you want is to hire desperate agents who will say and do anything to make a little money. Come up with a better pay structure.
