I like this company a lot although this is my workplace, the one thing I'm hoping to see is easy relocation to different offices.
Pros
its a globally reputed company. It gives you a good chance of progressing into other careers. It teaches you to prepare for the unseen.
Cons
The timings are horrible at a junior level. The staff is very materialistic and you tend to lose your ethical side at such places.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire more people maybe. Its not all about who has a patek philipe or who owns a bentley. Be more human.

The work environment is great and the people you work with are very talented. The management is very open-minded and there are a lot of potential to grow and be promoted as long as you are doing great.

Sometimes working hours are pretty long. Also the company is not very supportive in the immigration process for foreign workers.

The management team could do more to reward the top talents. Also the management team can do more to make the coordination among different department better.
