I personally felt there was a lack of intellectual satisfaction for me. Not much challenges to take and be proud of. Did not feel I was learning enough on the job

There should be smother way of people to explore other options within the firm. Switcing teams is sometimes a tough job and not all EDs appreciate the significance. Some even deny outright

first class way of conducting business. very talented people. highly respected company. Rewards competency and excellence. promotes innovation and out of the box thinking.

management is little directionless these days, salary not equivalent to the best in industry. some of the line mangers are real showstoppers.

Identify and retain best talent. Also identify showstoppers, some of them sitting at very high positions. Learn from the mistakes

Pay is high compared to similar positions in other companies. Work and personal life can be balanced easily. growth opportunities are OK

The work is not challenging for someone who is very strong technically. you learn things in the beginning, may be first year but thereafter you don't improve/learn much.

Give equal weightage to tech skills compared to comm. skills while promoting staff. The facilities available can be improved more.
