I have been working at Morningstar full-time

Flexible working hours, pantry food, education stipend for your exams though limited, nice office with comfortable meeting room and phone booth

No proper training structure, no clear line drawn for your responsibilities, demoralizing if you have a goal to achieve because very few people value knowledge

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talent loss is a known problem, yet not surprising after all

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
