I have been working at Morris, Manning & Martin full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Very good benefits; compensation is just average if you aren't an attorney; generally nice people
Cons – Staff are second-class citizens; no career path in a law firm if you aren't an attorney; antiquated review process
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Morris, Manning & Martin
Pros – The managers do recognize workers' efforts and accomplishments, and give accolades for such. Work areas are comfortable and accommodating. Most people are friendly.
Cons – Typical of a law firm in that attorneys are treated like gods and non-attorneys are subservient. Salaries should be commensurate with work experience.
Advice to Senior Management – Be fair to all employees and recognize that non-attorneys are just as essential to the firm as attorneys are. Do not allow attorneys to disrespect non-attorneys.
