Not bad for a law firm, but could be better

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Morris, Manning & Martin

ProsThe managers do recognize workers' efforts and accomplishments, and give accolades for such. Work areas are comfortable and accommodating. Most people are friendly.

ConsTypical of a law firm in that attorneys are treated like gods and non-attorneys are subservient. Salaries should be commensurate with work experience.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe fair to all employees and recognize that non-attorneys are just as essential to the firm as attorneys are. Do not allow attorneys to disrespect non-attorneys.
