I worked at Morrison Facilities Services

    Pros

Good oppurtunity, strong internal promotion prospects. Good offices and social scene. Variety of work on offer reasonably strong. Social housing a rewarding industry to work in.

    Cons

Atmosphere in office could be better at times. Sometimes had to deal with difficult situations on occasion. Some work dull and not much attempt to make it more interesting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Broadly fine - could be a friendlier more supportive atmosphere in office. Perhaps as well more variety of work could be offered but things broadly fine.
