Pros – Pay is very good for the area
Cons – Time off and no benifits
Advice to Senior Management – Let the employees take a lunch
Pros – Flexible schedule... friendly staff. Lots of leads provided for loan officers. Great product line to offer clients. Natioanl advertising and name recognition.
Cons – Uneducated support staff. Lowest pay scale gets you the lowest talent. No bonus plan and no retirement plan or tuition assistance makes it hard to stay happy. Management doesn't assist with any licensing expenses or work related expenses. Management will skim money off your deals unless you keep track of every single penny.
Advice to Senior Management – Spread the wealth and the entire office would be a better environment. That way the sales staff would get the support they deserve. Christmas bonuses and a 401k plan would be nice as well, but I doubt that will ever happen.
