Pros
Flexible hours, good management in my specific program.
Cons
Lack of communication between leaders of different departments/programs.
Pros
Expenses paid
training
pay is fair
fun promotions
Cons
sometimes takes longer then 2 weeks to get paid
Advice to Senior Management
Have a pay date thats solid
Pros
- representing some of the best brand and companies out on market
Cons
- long hours and little sleep
Pros
Very flexible schedule. You get to travel a lot of places and see a lot of different things. Once a year a team trip is booked for a week and it's typically a really nice place. There are team meetings but also some free time to enjoy the city.
Cons
Sometimes travel is scheduled last minute. Things change all the time. One minute you are suppose to collect data on one thing and then it changes after a day.
Advice to Senior Management
If information could be shared in advance and the why behind it would serve the team better.
Pros
Working from home, making my own schedule, expense account, home office reimbursement, competitive salary with bonus, fun work environment, and excellent direct management.
Cons
Minimal career growth opportunities, salary ceiling, no job stability, inadequate laptop with difficulty printing from VPN, and minimal direct exposure within company
Advice to Senior Management
It would be great if after a program has ended that HR could better assist employees who were riffed from a program secure another career opportunity within the company, or at least provide some career transition assistance.
Pros
- Positive and friendly work environment
- Opportunity for continuous learning through internal courses
- Opportunity for advancement
- Senior Executive management team very approachable
- Annual reviews and career planning
- Annual bonus/perks rewards (management levels)
- Excellent benefits package; Corporate Gym membership
- Attractive working environmnent
Cons
- Face-paced business, long hours = employees challenged to find work/life balance
- Frequent internal restructuring
Pros
Since Mosaic has multiple accounts, they will try and place you within another program if yours gets cancelled. They have exceptional training and treat their employees very well.
Cons
Your work is dependent on their clients renewing their contracts. If their client doesn't want to renew for whatever reason you might be out of a job. They will try and place you in another program though if that happens.
Advice to Senior Management
Great place to work, enjoyed my time there.
Pros
It has a flexible schedule
Cons
it has very limited pay
opportunities
Advice to Senior Management
pay employees for feedback if it is valuable
Pros
Fair pay
Great support
Good schedule
Help when you need it
Cons
Very part time, extra hours only once in a while
Advice to Senior Management
If someone is an excellent employee and they would like more hours and they would still be considered part-time and the work is available --- give them the work
Pros
The best reasons to work for Mosaic are that you get to work independently out in the field and do your own routing.
Cons
The downsides of working for Mosaic are that there are no employee reviews, unorganized managers, liars, and no advancement opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Make sure the managers are competent and educated. Most of the managers I have worked for did not even have a bachelors degree and did not give performance reviews. Try to make more employees full time and you will have less turnaround and better employee satisfaction.
