    Pros

    Very Flexible with school and schedule.

    Cons

    The campus brand ambassador is a great program but I feel that some of the head recruiters did not take serious the campus ambassador. Information was always sent last minute and it made it very difficult to mange both school and work sometimes.

    I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are consistent work opportunities posted. The programs are on the longer side (16 weeks plus), so you don't have to find new jobs every week. The compensation is decent.

    Cons

    The market management is disorganized. There isn't a formal system in place for addressing concerns. Policies are constantly changing, and it's difficult to get in touch with management to get any questions answered. I am still waiting on back pay from four months ago because the online system that pays the field workers has "glitches".

    Advice to Management

    Be more selective about the field representatives. There isn't much supervision going on and it results in ineffective promotions for your clients. I watched an employee who would regularly cancel samplings because she didn't like people get promoted to market manager.
