    Pros

    I like the flexibility of the schedule and the team I work along side of.

    Cons

    (Weirdest thing) Not enough work.
    Payroll is also a little slow to update back pay.

    My direct manager does an amazing job. She's been helpful, professional and a real Inspiration for me to do better.

    Pros

    Supervisors are clueless. Good to make a splash and control if you know how too.

    Cons

    When dealing with supervisors who are clueless you have to deal with red tape unless you're blessed with a supervisor that is off site/ not in market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management is unprofessional and not impressive- doesn't give much motivation to the team on the field.

    I get the tools and knowledge to be able to help people. There are a lot of innovative thinkers here and a lot of potential

    Cons

    Communication is good, between my own supervisor, however across the board from other recruiters to the campus ambassadors it wasn't always the greatest. Which sometimes felt like time was wasted or not allocated properly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Show and get that bond between campus ambassadors, the communication with them and the recruiters need to be solid and fluid both ways

    The assignments are easy and are repeated each and every month. The pros are that you meet different people and as a vendor you are treated quite nice in the stores.

    Pay raises are hard to come by.

    A great entry level career.

    Cons

    Little room for career growth. Low and unrealistic budgets. Poor recruitment practises.
    Hires unexperienced senior management who has no field experience and only cares about the numbers and not the field team. Seriously low reimbursment for milage.

    Hire and promote experienced people.

    Ability to change between program if one expires or new one comes up.
    Decent pay compared to other jobs`

    Cons

    Terrible program management.
    Terrible traininig.
    Very high turnover rate in the field
    Noone really knows what theyre doing unfortunately.

    make your own schedule
    reimbursed for mileage

    Cons

    they promoted a field rep to market manager that didnt know what she was doing. had 3 people fired from her group because pressure was put on her for her wrongdoings. rather than take blame, she put it on others. then mosaic sides with her without even getting full story

    Pros

    Since Mosaic has multiple accounts, they will try and place you within another program if yours gets cancelled. They have exceptional training and treat their employees very well.

    Cons

    Your work is dependent on their clients renewing their contracts. If their client doesn't want to renew for whatever reason you might be out of a job. They will try and place you in another program though if that happens.

    Great place to work, enjoyed my time there.
