2. Group companies not in best of shape - too much dependence on Optical media business

Cons – not much recognition, too much politics!!
Advice to Senior Management – trust your employees and make way for freshers with gud oppurtunity.

I have been working at Moser Baer as an intern for less than a year
Pros – has fascinating corporate environment and great lab facilities for RnD,as a general physics student may find this quite worthy.
Cons – no way related to core branch works,mostly automatized so the major work remains documentations.
Advice to Senior Management – gud facilities but need to be more innovative and shud test new technologies and have their research incorporated in RnD.
