I have been working at Motorists Insurance
Pros – Management seems to value employees and they are very involved with the community. Very stable work enviornment. The company is finacially stable. Most employees are long term employees and turnover is not an issue.
Cons – There are a large number of upcoming retirements and a few in staff management seem to have already started.
Advice to Senior Management – n/a

“I have enjoyed under different managers.”
I have been working at Motorists Insurance full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Static environment. Management show reluctance towards change in some business areas and some parts of IT.
Cons – Great people to work with. One of the best managements I have worked for in IT.
Advice to Senior Management – Approachable and very cultured.
