Lots of average peeps who add little value but lots of snake pitesque politics

hard to get noticed due to all the impressive employees
Pros
Well-known brand, opportunity to travel to U.S., good salary and medical insurance, nice office, positive attitude, embedded development, alliance with Google.
Cons
Salary and promotions could be more fair, could be more focused on good software practises, software development process could be more agile.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on software quality and on software development practises, hire high-skilled software engineers, create breakthrough products rather than following traditional way.
