    Pros

    1. Work culture is fab and very flexi
    2. Great techie ppl to work with
    3. Decent salaries/hikes
    4. Great employee treatment

    Cons

    1. Its a sinking ship and career here is quite risky.
    2. Bad senior management
    3. Too many processes.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Wake up ! wake up now!
