Excellent work place, Good work life balance, Great people to work with, Great company overall with a history of innovation

Bulky Management, low visibility of lower cadres

Less micromanagement and plans are flexible and accommodating.

Very few challenging work opportunities, mostly maintenance and trivial feature works.

* Lot of favouritism by manager to people who are personally/regionally close even when those people do not deserve
* Many people career get spoiled because of the personal agenda of Managers

Do an anonymous intelligent Survey your Managers with feedback from individual employees.
An more importantly take action on the survey results.

Working with motorola was fun learning lots of new technologies and used to get oppourtunity in doing extra curricular activities like Sports, joining Committes.. etc.

Promotions and Hike are not transparent/fair , higly controlled by Senior/ Middle management .

Work culture is very good in company that is a huge strength of company.. keep it up and update policies continously so that no injustice is done to employees.

Senior management is dull and ineffective.Lot favour to chamcha of Manager.

give rewards to all people not to those who show off.Recognize the talent .plz stay away from dirty politics.
