    Pros

    Great work life balance
    The people are very friendly and open
    very good flexibility interms of work
    once a week work from home

    Cons

    Future unsure under lenovo

    Not really in control of the direction it is heading as it is being controlled by other companies(google,lenovo)

    Pros

    Very impressive former corporate HQ's in Libertyville, IL. Nice cafeteria and always getting freebies of Bluetooth headsets (test units).

    Cons

    Very much a grind trying to sell end-of-life Bluetooth accessories.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow contract workers to have more of a shot at going perm with the company & to take more calculated risks.

    Toxic environment, everyone out for themselves, more time spent covering one's backside rather than working together for the greater good. Poor work-life balance.

    very good work life balance

    Excellent work culture. The people are very friendly and approachable.

    The interns are treated very well with regular outings and also the interns are put up in excellent apartments for the duration of the internship.

    The experience you get working here is amazing. Work with the latest and greatest of mobile products even though you arr an intern

    Cons

    Current position of company not clear post the lenovo take over.
