Pros – provide good work environment and good platform. Do not have to work over time often. Less working presure for most people.
Cons – less oppertunity for promotion
not all departments but some departments have some of the bureaucracy
some teams are doing the duplicate works at the same time
Advice to Senior Management – reduce the management team, and merge some of the teams which are doing the same work
provide more promotion oppertunities for engineers
