    - True distributed company: very easy to get involved into multi-disciplinary multi-regional teams

    Cons

    - Pas de management fort : pas de véritable direction ni stratégie
    - Manque de visibilité de la stratégie : processus de prise de décision trop diffus
    - Absence de prise de décision efficace : "ne prenez pas un non pour un non"
    - Difficultés de compréhension des marchés en dehors des Etats-Unis : trop peu du marché local est utilisé dans la stratégie et les décisions
    - Prise de décision trop tardive
    - Changements de stratégie trop fréquents : bons en microexécution, mauvais en macro exécution

    Motorola has a long history and has already demonstrated its ability to revolution the telecoms. It is possible to maintain this "innovation spirit" and to stay a pioneer in the telecoms, but only if the senior management makes the effort of trying to understand what the employees are working on and what they are able to accomplish.

    Cons

    Pas de connexion entre mon travail et les produits Motorola.
    La direction ne comprend pas et ne se préoccupe pas du travail de mon équipe: il y a une sorte de coupe dans la communication entre ma direction directe et la haute direction.
    La direction n'a pas de vision de l'avenir de l'entreprise: ils ne savent pas quoi faire, ils ne gèrent l'entreprise que sur une base quotidienne, ils ne sont pas en mesure de construire des projets à long ou moyen terme.
    La direction ne comprend rien aux tendances et aux défis du marché: il est clair qu'ils ne voient pas vers où les concurrents vont, comment le marché évolue et ce que les consommateurs veulent.

    La haute direction devrait être plus proche des salariés, doit développer de meilleures compétences en matière de stratégie et avoir une meilleure compréhension des technologies développées par l'entreprise.

    The senior management should be more closer to the employees, should develop better skills in strategy and have a better understanding of the technologies developed by the company.
