    Pros

    The culture is good and there is new a push to innovate things apart from the regular day to day work. Frequency of communication from the SLT has increased of late, that helps everyone to be in sync with the overall plans. Very satisfied with the work life balance and the facilities available

    Cons

    Regular change of hands do affect the morale and the organization is not open as it claims to be.
