Good company. Excellent overall benefits. Innovative, with diversity encouragement.
Supports volunteer activity. Onsite fitness center.
Supportive team members, lower level managements.Cons
Slow decision maker at top level management.
Advice to Senior Management
Higher management is slow in making tough decisions. Need to move fast for product delivery.
Need to analyze market, competition more carefully and put R & D dollars in right project.
