    Great, but unstable

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGreat team dynamics with a strong focus on morale and enjoyable working environment.

ConsSeemingly endless mergers and acquisitions leading to a constant worry regarding redundancies and layoffs. It seems as though nearly every month there were layoffs in the 3 years I was there.

Also, very little professional development, (ie: goals, career track discussion, etc)

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Essentially irrelevant and the world's a better place because of that

    Software Engineer (Current Employee)
    Durham, NC

ConsToo many to list. But incompetent, nepotistic management, questionable business practices and God-complex CEO made this the worst company I have ever worked for,

    Motricity no more

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Seattle, WA

ProsDecent pay and benefits. A lot of talented co-workers that knew how to work as a Team and help each other out.

ConsCompany failed to innovate with a new platform and/or services for an International audience. Management failed to steer the ship in the right direction.

Advice to Senior ManagementResearch your demographic before taking an old product Internationally. People in the US are much more likely to spend money on entertainment than those abroad.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIf you were in early enough you might have made some money through stock options

ConsBy far the worst company I have worked at. The CEO, Ryan Wuerch is an ego-maniacal narcissist and the environment he creates is absolutely poisonous. Google him or Motricity and you'll find out all you need to know about him and Motricity

Advice to Senior ManagementThey wouldn't listen anyway so why bother offering advice
