I worked at Mount Holyoke College part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great benefits, the campus/environment is beautiful; when you're not working you can go for a walk along one of the two lakes. There's a strong sense of community, so your day-to-day morale is high.

    Cons

It is a college, so the normal issues of many girls of that age in one spot can be trying at times. Sometimes it can be a little cliquey given the small nature of the campus, so you have to be careful about who you upset or if you start any kind of work-drama. The winter is harsh too.

I worked at Mount Holyoke College part-time

    Pros

The Mount Holyoke community is incredibly supportive. My experience working at Mount Holyoke was overwhelmingly positive. I attended regular staff meetings in which the development of a tight knit office culture was encouraged, even facilitated. Members of Upper Management were also always available on email or to meet in person.

    Cons

I do not have any cons to name.

Amazing co workers, always willing to help. Great atmosphere. Worked there as a graduate assistant and everyone was understanding of my course load and willing to adjust my schedule. Note: worked in the dept of athletics.

    Cons

The community is very unique and it was slightly difficult fitting in at first but after a while it was a great feeling of comradery.
